Subject: Printing quote

We are looking to print fairly large quantities of flat "tickets" for Paris, France :
- double-sided
- CMYK uncoated -
- flat finished product is 7.7cm*4.4cm
- paper is white 100g/m2

I would please have 2 questions :

1/ What would be your quote on the following quantities: (a) 10,000 (b) 100,000 (c) 1,000,000

2/ What would you quotes become if one side of each ticket needed to be different (lottery tickets) ? (same quantities as above)
