Subject: Frosted Card Quote Request

My company would like to request a quote for a 1-sided card with the following specs:

Quantity: 10,000
Size: 3.5" x 2" (or 3.375" x 2.125" if its more cost effective)
Material: Frosted Plastic
Additional Options: Foil Stamping (gold/opaque)
Rounded edges (.125")
Inks: No inks are needed if foil is completely opaque, as all artwork will be stamped.

The card itself would be used as a ruler so a physical proof would be required to ensure it's accuracy.
