Subject: hardcover book pricing

I have a 36 page book (size is 153mm x 203mm). We would like a hard canvas cover with the lettering on the front silkscreened (or something similar). The interior pages print full color. Our initial quantity would be 500 with more to follow. Would this be a good fit for you? If so, what would the cost and delivery time be once you receive the artwork?
