Subject: 300,000 PVC cards

Sir,
I am looking for a quote for:
370,000 0.6mm PVC with silk varnish finish
I want to do 5 print runs
4 @ 70,000
1 @ 90,000
Printed 4 col process front and black text on white background
On the reverse I need a scratch off panel over a PIN. The PIN is a difference code for each print run, but it is not unique from card to card.
