Subject: Quote for Receipt Book for Cash/Cheque

Hello
I have a design for my Receipt book for cash/cheuqe transactions. The dimensions are approx 9in X 6 in, can you give me estimated price if I want to print this Receipt books offset, I mean in large quantities.
I want the receipts to self duplicate themselves, so we tear and give one to the customer and one automatically is imprinted and remains with us.
