I am considering ordering printing of letterhead and envelope. However, I have questions regarding the printing and shipping. What type of file-format do you recommend to upload to get the best possible quality. What will be the price for shipping 1000 A4 and 1000 C5 to Norway. Thank you in advance for your reply.
